A reminder did not arrive
Open Settings, then Notifications, then X Countdown, and turn Allow Notifications on. Reminders are set per event, so check the event has at least one reminder selected.
A widget is not updating
Open X Countdown once so the widget gets your latest events, then remove the widget and add it again if it still looks out of date.
Where your events are stored
Your events stay on your iPhone. Deleting the app also deletes the events you created.
